Courses

This course focuses on the relationship between economic activities and the environment. Students will explore the principles and tools used to analyze environmental issues, the economic impact of environmental policies, and the role of economics in addressing environmental challenges such as pollution, climate change, and natural resource management. The course will cover key topics including market failures, externalities, public goods, and cost-benefit analysis. Through case studies and practical examples, students will gain an understanding of how economic theory and empirical methods are applied to real-world environmental problems.
