Mr. Dillard is the Sr. Director of New Restaurants Real Estate for Chick-fil-A. Mr. Dillard is responsible for the deployment and development of new Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Southeast and Southwest Regions of the United States. Mr. Dillard will speak with students about his 26 year career at Chick-fil-A.
