Higher Education Administration graduate student Trip Floyd, a certified lifting coach, will give a presentation on the physical and mental health benefits of staying active, explain basic athletic nutrition, cover the different types of lifting: power lifting, weightlifting, crossfit, and body building, as well as give some tips to help with technical skills.
