We are very excited to have you participate in the Inauguration ceremonies as a representative of your distinguished institution. The following information is a general overview of the events and logistics for the day. Parking: Parking will be available for delegates at Callaway Auditorium 801 Dallis Street, LaGrange, GA. Personnel and signs will be there to direct you. Accessible parking is available for those who need it.
Campus transportation: Parking will be available at Callaway Auditorium with a shuttle service to campus for the luncheon. If you require handicap assistance for the luncheon or ceremony, please let us know.
Campus Community Picnic Luncheon: Delegates are invited to a complimentary picnic luncheon hosted by the College beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the Caswell Plaza in front of the Frank and Laura Lewis Library.
Robing: A staffed room will be provided for robing and personal belongings during the investiture ceremony. The robing room will be in the auditorium. Please follow signage. The room will open at 1:00 p.m.
Academic attire: All delegates in the academic procession are expected to wear academic attire. If you do not have a cap and gown, please contact the school or organization you are representing so that they may provide you with the necessary academic regalia.
Inauguration ceremony: Robing will begin at 1:00 p.m. Each delegate will have an assigned position in the procession according to the year of founding of his/her institution. We ask that you be robed no later than 1:30 p.m. so that we can assure the appropriate order of the procession. LaGrange College staff members will be available to assist you.
The Inaugural Procession will form at 1:45 p.m. and begin the processional at 2:00 p.m. We anticipate the ceremony concluding at 3:30 p.m.
Campus-wide Reception: Following the ceremony, we invite all guests to join us at a Lemonade Toast outside Callaway Auditorium.

Parking: All visitors for the Inauguration Luncheon or Ceremony may park at Callaway Auditorium, 801 Dallis Street, LaGrange, GA.
Shuttle Service: Parking will be available at Callaway Auditorium with a shuttle service to the Hill campus for the luncheon. Shuttle service will be provided continuously between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. If you require handicap assistance for the luncheon or ceremony, please let us know.
Campus Community Picnic Luncheon: Alumni representatives are invited to a complimentary picnic luncheon hosted by the College beginning at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 on the Caswell Plaza in front of the Frank and Laura Lewis Library. There will be a registration table in the Callaway Auditorium lobby where you will pick up your name tag and then proceed to luncheon. Join us for lunch as your schedule allows.
Inauguration ceremony: Alumni class representatives are asked to dress in business attire. Reserved seating will be available for you in Callaway Auditorium. If not attending the luncheon, please arrive before 1:30 p.m. There will be a registration table in the lobby where you will pick up your name tag and then proceed to your seat in the auditorium.
Following the ceremony: Immediately following the Inauguration ceremony, alumni are invited to attend a Lemonade Toast outside Callaway Auditorium.
