BACHELOR OF MUSIC DEGREE IN MUSIC PRODUCTION AND AUDIO ENGINEERING
The Music Production & Audio Engineering degree from LaGrange College focuses on creating music industry professionals becoming songwriters, music producers, audio engineers, and mixing & mastering engineers. Students will receive a modern education on the tools and techniques needed to make it in the current music industry landscape. Our hands on experience will provide you with the following skillset:
- Modern songwriting & music production practices for multiple genres
- Industry standard audio engineering techniques
- Mixing & mastering knowledge and tools used by industry leaders
- Proper workflow in DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, and Ableton Live
- Music business entrepreneurship and marketing skills
